Product description

Reflex Servitec, vacuum spray-pipe degassing for system degassing in closed heating water and cooling circuits, as a fully automatic, multifunctional unit with auto-stop operation, automatic hydraulic adjustment of the degassing process and monitoring of the backfeed.

Functional unit comprising hydraulic components designed for wall mounting and an electronic, ergonomically designed Reflex Mini control bearing the CE mark.

The degassing process takes place in the hydraulic component by means of a diaphragm pump in conjunction with a vertically aligned brass vacuum spray pipe. This is equipped with a vacuum spray nozzle, dipstick-tube degassing unit and pressure control. The entire unit is contained within a contamination-protected housing made of expanded polypropylene that can be opened from the front.

The Reflex Mini control is integrated within a robust plastic housing, which also contains the power and communication electronics in addition to the control panel with a contamination-resistant membrane keypad.

The Reflex Mini control is a fully automatic microprocessor control complete with a time function, differentiating error and parameter memory, LED display of the operating modes and general error messages, visualisation of the control statuses for system pressure and all relevant operating and fault messages.

Fully encased control unit, ready to connect and wired according to VDE directives, power supply cable and mains plug, system connections established via integrated shut-off Units.

Operation in optimised mode with cycles for continuous and interval degassing. The control takes place by means of an integrated system pressure evaluation with automatic stoppage and fault notifications if the runtime and/or number of cycles is exceeded.

Functionality of the Servitec Mini

  1. Water high in gas is sprayed through a nozzle into the spray pipe.
  2. A pump sucks the water out of the spray pipe and feeds it back into the system.
  3. The system settings result in the pump taking more water from the pipe than can flow through the nozzle. This brings about negative pressure in the spray pipe, resulting in a degassing effect.
  4. If the pump is turned off, water flows into the spray pipe and forces the removed gas outside via a ventilator.
  5. The now low-gas water is able to absorb new gases once again, thereby steadily reducing the gas concentration in the entire system.
